Wanderlust in Sri Lanka with Malia Murphey
Sri Lanka was calling us, so we bought a ticket and jumped on board. What we discovered was a slice of paradise - palm-fringed shorelines met summertime slides. With the clearest water and the cleanest breaks, the surf was up until the sun was down. Every great surf session at the Secert Beach Mirissa was followed by a fresh coconut and post-surf refuel lunch at Ceylon Sliders and an outside shower in paradise to close out the day. Sri Lanka was spoiling us with its blissed out beaches and laid-back vibes. Without meaning to, we had escaped to a tropical paradise and had no agenda to return home. We had caught more than glassy waves and a good tan, we had caught major island fever.
We were wonderfully lost and chasing wanderlust in Sri Lanka.
