As a professional surfer Alessa has traveled the world in search of waves and keeping her body in the best mental and physical condition is just part of her daily routine. Read below on her full workout routine…
Alessa’s Workout Routine:
1-4 rounds. 1 minute rest after each round. No rest between each set of exercise
- 20 squats
- 20 horizontal lunges (10 each side)
- 20 plank taps
- 14 dumbbells overhead
- Legs straighten out front without touching ground
- 30 sec Russian twist with dumbbell
- 30 sec mountain climbers
- 30 sec side plank each side
